The Educational Tasks Support Unit was established within the framework of  an E.U. funded project  ("Revision of Undergraduate Curricula" EPEAEK II).

It aims to develop an educational procedure which will support the conventional methods of teaching. This procedure will enable students of all the T.E.I. Departments to have access to multimedia educational material and high-performance computing facilities through which they will assimilate great amounts of information and knowledge in a constructive manner.

It comprises an e-Learning Platform, self-assessment tests and an e-Learning Hall.
